I hereby make application for membership in the Collie Club of New England, Inc (CCNE).
I agree to abide by the bylaws of the club and to conscientiously promote the interest in
Collies to the best of my ability. (You must attend a club meeting to be voted on as a member)
Dues: $15.00 annual fee due on March 31 each year. Initiation fee to join is $20.00
(totaling $35.00 with submission of this application.)
