Welcome to Collie Club of New England The Collie Club of New England is composed of an enthusiastic, and congenial group of, Owners Breeders and Exhibitors of pure-bred Collies. Their mutual interest is the exchange of ideas, knowledge and experience to more thoroughly enjoy their hobby & to promote the advancement of the breed. Join the Collie Club for fun, instruction & knowledge!

If you are a Collie owner, you will enjoy the Collie Club. Meetings are held five times a year on Sunday afternoons at convenient central locations. Interesting subjects selected for discussion by the group or by a panel of experts range from, “Whelping and Care of Puppies,” “Grooming,” “Anatomy,” to “Collie Standards”. Included are an Annual Picnic and AKC Sanctioned Match during the warmer outdoor months to encourage socialization of dogs and owners. The Club encourages and supports participation of collies in any AKC sanctioned performance activity. An annual award program promotes achievements by club members in all AKC sponsored events.

TO FURTHER

the advancement of the Collie as a pure-bred dog and to give equal attention and consideration to each of the Breed varieties.

TO ENCOURAGE

the breeding and exhibition of Collies and to promote the best interests of them, their breeders, owners & exhibitors.

TO PROMOTE

harmony, fair play and good sportsmanship among the participants in all of the Club’s undertakings.

TO ADVISE

members and particularly novices in their problems of breeding, registering, exhibiting, kenneling and general care of purebred Collies.
